Israeli’s go to India for baby

The recent discussions between India’s Health and Interior ministers have sparked discussion in the South Asian country. Gay people with connections to Indian are speaking out, as the Israeli same-sex couple formed by Omer and Yonatan Gher decided to approach the media and share the story of how they got a baby in India.

Dr Gautam Allahabadia says, who helped them in the process of in vitro fertilization "Once the law is repealed in India, it will be interesting to see how many Indian gay couples will come forward." The couple was very meticulous, and chose an egg-donor with a high IQ.

It still remains to be seen whether cases like theirs and other developments such as the recent proliferation of Bollywood gay films will spur Indians to come forth and show their existence to the world.
